About
Rebecca is a professional dancer and choreographer, as well as a licensed and certified Balanced Body Pilates instructor, certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® trainer, practicing in the Tallahassee area.

Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Rebecca grew up training as a classical ballet dancer and practiced somatic exercises to build strength for dance. Throughout her professional ballet career, in college, and later as a graduate student at FSU School of Dance, she returned to Pilates and Gyrotonic method to gain strength, mobility, and help recover from injuries. Her understanding of anatomy and body mechanics as well as dance training have made her a sought out dance teacher and trainer in South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and New Mexico.

Rebecca is passionate about enhancing any body's performance and functionality through movement. The Gyrotonic Method focuses on increasing strength, mobility, and flexibility in the spine, limbs, and joints. She uses her understanding of Pilates principles and dance science, anatomy and kinesiology to design workout programs to meet her clients' needs and goals. Rebecca has worked with clients of all ages and walks of life, from those with disabilities to high level athletes and dancers.
Rebecca believes that our physical, mental and spiritual health are intertwined. When we take care of our physical bodies, we are better able to care for our mental and spiritual health as well.
